The vision of the Aspire Cultural and Charitable Foundation is to establish a Cultural Interpretive Centre together with associated infrastructure that will provide a place in the City of Greater Bendigo for the congregation, the community and the visiting public to indulge in exhibits of the significant precious artefacts which depict the Faith on the Goldfields culture and the heritage of the Bendigo region.
